Media personality, Bonang Matheba was allegedly left battered and bruised after a violent altercation with 5FM DJ.
"B" as she is known to her fans across South Africa, laid charges against former boyfriend, Euphonik after an incident at her Hyde Park home. According to the The Daily Sun, Euphonik pulled her by the hair, hit her with the a cellphone and wrestled her to the ground after she refused to let him in.
A source close to Bonang reveals, that the LIVE presenter was rushed to the hospital and as a result missed several photo-shoots. When Euphonik was reached for comment by a Sun reporter he replied: "I don't know what you are talking about" and immediately hung up.
Back in 2010, Bonang spoke rather candidly to Drum Magazine about their whirlwind romance, “We’re very different people. I like to party and I’m loud and he’s reserved. But I really don’t mind – the fact he’s so private means I’ll get to keep my private life private for once.”
