Lucy Hale proves that she's more than just a Pretty Little Liar. The 22-year old actress and part-time singer has captured audiences around the globe with her portrayal as Aria Montgomery in one of the most watched teen shows on television.
Hale is set to reprise the role of Cinderella in the "A Cinderella Story" franchise (in previous years Cinderella was played by Selena Gomez and Hilary Duff respectively)
Hale admits that you will see another side of Cinderella you haven't seen before: "I didn't want her to play the victim and be like this weak character that you're just like COME ON, man up! She's sassy and she's very sarcastic."
In A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song - Hale plays Katie, a talented brunette who dreams of one day performing and recording her own music however her evil step mother and step-sisters will do everything in their power to make sure that her dream doesn't become a reality! In a recent interview with AOL Music Hale admits that as she's gotten older she's learned that she can combine the two professions and be a singer and an actress.
