Lil Wayne’s road to redemption is carefully plotted out in a 6 page spread in the launch issue of one the most popular music magazines in the world. Rolling Stone reporter, Josh Eeells spends time with Lil Wayne as he sets to reclaim his crown.
In the South African edition of Rolling Stone, Wayne opens up about the time he spent on Riker’s Island telling the magazine "jail wasn't as difficult as people think" the only negative thing about being locked-up was the lack of female companionship "anybody starts looking good in that bitch. Like damn, look at her with that uniform on. Mrs. Officer!"
Fast Forward a couple of months and after the release of his platinum selling album , Tha Carter IV, Weezy is named Billboard's Best Male Artist of 2011 and brought his I'm Still Music Tour to South Africa in December.
