No doubt, The 54th annual Grammy Awards was a sombre occasion with Jennifer Hudson and Alicia Keys paying their respects to the late and great, Whitney Houston and Etta James but it was Adele, who managed to steal the show.
The British Belter, was the biggest winner of the night beating the likes of Lady Gaga and Rihanna for album and song of the year. Soon after collecting her accolades Adele took the stage to perform a soulful and reverting version of Rolling In The Deep. Although Adele managed to win every award she was nominated for she couldn't break Beyonce's record for the most Grammy's won in a single night but certainly equaled this prestigious record by taking home 6 awards.
Adele's performance wasn't the only highlight of the show, as reported Jennifer Hudson took the stage as what we can only call a understated and highly emotional rendition of Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You.
